Better Together is our limited Valentine’s blend combining two extraordinary origins:

• An anaerobic natural Ombligón from Huila, Colombia, produced by third-generation innovator Néstor Lasso at Finca El Diviso.

• A washed community lot from Huehuetenango, Guatemala — Ceiba — sourced through Unitrade Coffee, supporting sustainable infrastructure and smallholder producers.

The Flavor Story

The Colombian component delivers lush intensity: ripe cherry, deep berry sweetness, and wine-like fruit complexity from its carefully controlled anaerobic natural fermentation.

The Guatemalan Ceiba lot grounds the cup with structure and elegance — milk chocolate, caramel sweetness, green apple brightness, and almond-like creaminess. Grown in the high, dry mountains of Huehuetenango (1500+ meters), its crisp acidity and creamy body create harmony in the blend.
